Morning Air (feat. Cati Eisel)

I’ve recorded this song a million times and never quite liked it, but the other night while Jordan was falling asleep I started playing it and finally figured it out. The basic track (acoustic and vocals) was recorded sitting on the edge of my bed while she was asleep. It makes me really happy that this is the one that worked. My friend Cati did harmonies and made it sound a lot better. 

As the morning air poured through the screen

but all that pale, just can’t compare
to the white of your eyes,
